I had gone to Ralph’s in Grand Ave for many years always honest and fair with price plus great work!! I just came to visit and took my brothers neglected car and he was super fair and fix his car and now has a new customer!!! The team is amazing and it was so nice to see him again!!!

Brought my Jeep in to get looked at and the team did great work - they communicated everything clearly, were very prompt, and didn’t push me into anything I didn’t need. I’ll be back again!

Ralph and his team are very friendly and eager to help. The prices are good. Unfortunately, I had them complete a valve cover gasket repair on my Subaru, and an expert who looked at it afterwards explained that the job was done incorrectly in a way that could have seriously damaged my engine in the near future, so I had to spend several hundred dollars getting it done again. Ralph's was unwilling to negotiate a partial refund for this and did not admit to any fault, which I found unprofessional.

Our transmission light came on and the car was clearly driving irregularly, I think any other shop would have said our transmission needed to be replaced, but it was actually just that rats chewed through some wires. Ralph’s fixed it up fast. Will be going to them for everything from now on. Trustworthy, fast and affordable spot, can’t ask for much more.

Called about a tire. Unfortunately, they don’t fix tires but he then went out of his way to recommend alternatives. Super friendly and helpful! Will keep Ralph’s in mind for the future.
